Stake for 4 years or 8 years and extend it every four years to get more shares. And unvested tokens and vested tokens get more longer you hold.

I’d honestly love seeing more of this in the space. The reason why public stock companies are so shortsighted is because there is no mechanism like this. Imagine if shareholders were forced to have a long term horizon! The progress we’d have made!
